Fresh Cake Recipe

COOKING TIME: 20 MINUTES

PORTION: FOR 6-8 PEOPLE

MATERIALS;

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 1 pack of cocoa (25 g)
  • 1.5 cups of flour

FOR BETWEEN;

  • 2 packets of whipped cream 
  • Raspberry

FOR THE TOP;

  • 1 packet of whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons of spreadable chocolate

FOR GANAJ

  • 1 packet of liquid cream (200 ml)
  • 80 g dark chocolate

MAKING;

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then add milk, vanilla, baking powder, cocoa and sifted flour and mix well. Pour the cake dough into our mold with greaseproof paper on the bottom. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After baking, divide the cake into two equal parts. Spread the whipped cream on one of the divided pieces, place the raspberries and cover it with the other piece. For the topping, whip the whipped cream and spreadable chocolate. Spread this mixture on the surface of our cake. For the ganache, heat the liquid cream, add the dark chocolate and stir until it melts. After our ganache cools down, pour it over the surface of the cake. Let's keep it in the refrigerator overnight and serve it as we wish.
