FABRICATION

Let's take water, oil, yoghurt and egg into the kneading bowl and start mixing. Then let's add vinegar, salt, flour and baking powder and knead. Let's get dough that doesn't stick to the hand. Let's take our dough onto the floured counter and divide it into 21 pieces. Let's roll out the meringues to the size of a tea plate using a rolling pin. Let's arrange the rolled out meringues in threes, on top of each other, by sprinkling starch between them. Let's take one of the triple doughs and roll it out thinly. Let's spread our cheese on the dough that we rolled out well and thinned. After folding the edges, let's roll it up and place it on our tray. Let's open the others like this and place them by wrapping them around them. Then, for the sauce, let's mix eggs, oil, milk and black cumin and pour it over our pastry, spreading it all over. Let's bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
