Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA DOUGH:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 egg


FOR PIZZA SAUCE:

  • 3 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 1.5 Cups Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Add the tomato sauce and thyme to the oil we heated in the pan and boil for 1 minute.
  • Let's wait for it to come to room temperature before applying it to the dough surface.


FOR THE PIZZA:

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sausage
  • Sausage
  • Tomatoes
  • Mushroom
  • Sweetcorn
  • Green or red pepper


FABRICATION :

  • Let's put the flour into the kneading bowl.
  • Let's start kneading by adding yeast, sugar, salt, oil and room temperature milk.
  • Let's get dough that doesn't stick to the hand
  • Let's cover the kneaded dough with stretch wrap and let it ferment for 1 hour.
  • Let's uncover the fermented dough and put the dough on the counter where we sprinkled flour.
  • Let's divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
  • Let's roll out the meringue with the help of a rolling pin.
  • After rolling out each meringue, let's place them on 32 cm trays.
  • Let's put the sauce on it and add the ingredients.
  • Let's cook it at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
